Function: reduce material to 150mm max.particle size. Robust low rotation high torque double shaft direct drive hydraulic shredder. Each shaft one engine, operate independent and autoreverse and autostop. No gearbox, no chains. Knives welded on shafts, no breaking, no rebolting, no replacement of knives. Scheduled maintenance only, no interruption of work.
Coconut Husk to Dust
Function: This US patented kinetic desintegration system (KDS) accelerates input material to very high speeds and let's it collide with massive impact plates. The kinetic energy released by this impact pulverized the material and releases heat (drying effect). If necessary, additional heat can be added. The produced powder is then processed into pellets with high quality pelletisers.
