Process

Waste streams of any source that contain polymers like PET, HDPE, LDPE, PP, PS can be recovered and cleaned for recycling in four steps.

Step 1 - Reduce large and/or dense items such as rolls to 100mm lose material by pre-shredder.

​

Step 2 - Reduce loose material to 50-100mm by secondary shredder

​

Step 3 - Recover your target material from mixed waste stream or clean your target material from impurities by infrared optical sorting

​

Step 4 - Sort your PET flake material by color sorter, lose into big bags or baled for clean storage or transport
