Most waste types are too high in solids to work in usual biogas systems. We use so called 'Anaerobic Dry Fermentation'. It's a system especially suited for materials with more than 25% dry matter. The temperature of the bacteria is higher than the standard process at 56° Celsius. At a retention time of 14-18 days, the digestate output is free of pathogens.
We have introduced market leader 'KOMPOGAS' to Thailand in 2010. Today Kompogas is part of Hitachi Zosen Inova.
